It took over a hour and a half for a oil change

I had an oil change and tire rotation and things went as well as could be expected everybody there is so polite and helpful and I appreciate it very much

Very professional. A mistake was made about the amount of time it would take to do the job and they immediately owned up to it so I could make arrangements

I appreciate the timely delivery on my newly ordered Blazer!!! I expected it sometime in Feb, so being surprised almost a month early was a nice touch!! Bob and Paul made this purchase very stress free and I appreciate the fact that even Tim had a role in the extra added attention to this vehicle purchase!!! Thank you to everyone at Tim Witt!!!

They found the problem and fixed it. It took a little longer than expected but it is done and done right.

All went well. My only complaint is that I am still waiting for a call that the part is in to fix my third-row seat head rest so I can lay the seat all the way down. I was told it would be before Christmas and now we are almost into March. Again, not really the dealerships' fault if they can't get the part.

Very thorough service visit - oil change, tire rotation, new battery installed, replaced cabin and air filters. All good. Only issue related to my appt not showing up on the schedule, when I arrived. Fortunately, with help Adam and Nick, things went ahead w/ little delay. Well done!

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I made the appointment on line and when I got their for my appointment on time, the performed the work and I was on my way with no delays. Very nice to have things go the way I anticipated.

The gal checking me in was very slow, seemed confused at times, but when I picked my car up the gentleman went over the few issues I’d been having, was very kind in explaining things. In all a good experience

After two weeks to get the part to fix my car. I was told it would take 5and a half hours to fix the car. It took 6 days before It was done. They did give me a car to use in the meantime. Channy was very accommodating.

Good service

Once again, I came in for my oil change appointment and within an hour my car was ready to go. The one thing that does need to change is the billing. A credit card fee is being added to the bill. Ask the customer how they are paying for the service. It will eliminate the customer from having to go bad to the service center and have the billing paperwork re-done.

I arrived 1/2 hours early and the appointment before me did not show. It took 2 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires. I have been going to this dealership for many years and this is the second time I have not been happy. I tried to set up an appointment for a problem with the vehicle and they set it up for a different date then we talked about. They did not mention my rear breaks might need work, I found that out when I got home and looked over the paperwork.

Everything went as expected. Got me where I had to be on time and vehicle was ready when I returned.

Will pick up my vehicle on the 14 the 15 the engine light came on. Brought it in on the 15 the check the code told me it was okay to drive. If you look up the code it tells you not to drive. Called there again on the 25 no one called me back. Called on the 16 th Drake told me to bring car in. They gave me a car to use till they reset code. Then pick my car up on 21 and by 22 my car was back for a oil leak pan is missing proper silicone on aprox 1 inch of pan causing leak

I wanted to ask about the "service TPM system" light that came on, but I forgot. They had to have seen it when they started my car, but didn't mention it. I'm hoping it's an easy fix, but now I'll have to bring it in again to get it checked.

After having the battery checked the week prior to my trip, I was told "good to go". Returning to Marinette after the trip, the car would not start. I was not happy. My husband came to jump start the vehicle in Marinette, and the next day came to Tim Witt . Ultimately, the warrantied battery was faulty. New battery was installed, with no charge. That was most helpful and appreciated.

They understand what I was going through. They help me with everything.

Very professional helpful , Explained everything, gave a Great deal! Went out of there way to make sure everything was the way we wanted! Would recommend Tim Witt Chevy dealership!

We had an anti-freeze problem that was part of a repair issue a few months ago. Something wasn't done quite right the first time and they fixed it now at no charge. Owned up to is being their error which was impressive and good business to fix for free.

Donovan and crew did a great job finding me what I was looking for. And I saw Tim Witt shoveling off cars. Only dealership I will deal with going forward.

Everything was great with the tire replacement. I wish I had been notified when I placed the order for the tires that there was a credit card charge. Had I known this I would have brought my checkbook and saved a $40.00 additional fee for using my Discover card.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was I made an appointment in line and I guess the GM site does not communicate with the WITT Site and we had to do a reschedule

Bought a 26 Equinox in an hour, after walking in the dealership. Great Teamwork!

First of all, they got my vehicle mixed up with another person, she signed my paper work. (Not her fault). I just wanted an oil change! They said I wanted a tire rotation, I did not want since my tires were NEW. they did take off my bill. When I asked about giving up both a free oil change , all they said was us they were sorry. Then guy at the counter insisted that I had my keys, I did not he found them behind the counter. When checking out I commented that there were 2 guys behind the counter, I girl when checking out insisted there was only one guys working in the service area. I believe I still can count. Next time I think I will find another business to get an oil change. Wow the list they could have done was give us a oil change!!!! Poor business practices.
