Easy to make appointment, service quick & on time.

Service staff was there to greet me upon arrival. All staff was extremely friendly and my service appointment was quick and thorough. I would recommend Tim Witt Chevrolet to anyone looking for service on their vehicle and/or if they are in the market for a new vehicle.

Everything went as expected. Got me where I had to be on time and vehicle was ready when I returned.

Service staff is courteous and the work was completed in a timely manner. I have recommended the dealership to friends for both service and collision repairs.

Good service

Once again, I came in for my oil change appointment and within an hour my car was ready to go. The one thing that does need to change is the billing. A credit card fee is being added to the bill. Ask the customer how they are paying for the service. It will eliminate the customer from having to go bad to the service center and have the billing paperwork re-done.

It still took more time than expected.

After having the battery checked the week prior to my trip, I was told "good to go". Returning to Marinette after the trip, the car would not start. I was not happy. My husband came to jump start the vehicle in Marinette, and the next day came to Tim Witt . Ultimately, the warrantied battery was faulty. New battery was installed, with no charge. That was most helpful and appreciated.

Service is fantastic. Kept us updated about when work would be done. Took care of the insurance and getting a rental car. The car looks brand new. They even detailed the car.

As always, the service department scheduled an appointment for me quickly. Service was completed in a timely fashion. The staff at Tim Witt's are very friendly and helpful.

Had a new set of tires installed and oil changed along with the fuel filter on my 2023 Silverado 1500 LTZ diesel.

The techs completed their jobs at a reasonable cost. BTW, how much of a warranty, if anything, is provided for four TPMS tire sensors?

Bought a 26 Equinox in an hour, after walking in the dealership. Great Teamwork!

We had an anti-freeze problem that was part of a repair issue a few months ago. Something wasn't done quite right the first time and they fixed it now at no charge. Owned up to is being their error which was impressive and good business to fix for free.

First of all, they got my vehicle mixed up with another person, she signed my paper work. (Not her fault). I just wanted an oil change! They said I wanted a tire rotation, I did not want since my tires were NEW. they did take off my bill. When I asked about giving up both a free oil change , all they said was us they were sorry. Then guy at the counter insisted that I had my keys, I did not he found them behind the counter. When checking out I commented that there were 2 guys behind the counter, I girl when checking out insisted there was only one guys working in the service area. I believe I still can count. Next time I think I will find another business to get an oil change. Wow the list they could have done was give us a oil change!!!! Poor business practices.

I always think it is good and professional. You know there is always room to improve I just don't know how you would do it. Lol Jolene

Robert Noll was easy to work with and explain everything. He is so accommodating, friendly, and polite.

Everything was great with the tire replacement. I wish I had been notified when I placed the order for the tires that there was a credit card charge. Had I known this I would have brought my checkbook and saved a $40.00 additional fee for using my Discover card.

My salesperson, Bob, was very helpful and a delight to work with. Based on my experience, I will be back!

I wanted to ask about the "service TPM system" light that came on, but I forgot. They had to have seen it when they started my car, but didn't mention it. I'm hoping it's an easy fix, but now I'll have to bring it in again to get it checked.

oil change and tire rotation went well friendly staff

Will pick up my vehicle on the 14 the 15 the engine light came on. Brought it in on the 15 the check the code told me it was okay to drive. If you look up the code it tells you not to drive. Called there again on the 25 no one called me back. Called on the 16 th Drake told me to bring car in. They gave me a car to use till they reset code. Then pick my car up on 21 and by 22 my car was back for a oil leak pan is missing proper silicone on aprox 1 inch of pan causing leak

I had made an appointment on line and they didn’t have it, said it is a different system??? They did fit me in later, seemed to take awfully long for an oil change and tire rotation, other then that, very friendly staff!

After two weeks to get the part to fix my car. I was told it would take 5and a half hours to fix the car. It took 6 days before It was done. They did give me a car to use in the meantime. Channy was very accommodating.

I arrived 1/2 hours early and the appointment before me did not show. It took 2 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires. I have been going to this dealership for many years and this is the second time I have not been happy. I tried to set up an appointment for a problem with the vehicle and they set it up for a different date then we talked about. They did not mention my rear breaks might need work, I found that out when I got home and looked over the paperwork.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was I made an appointment in line and I guess the GM site does not communicate with the WITT Site and we had to do a reschedule

Service staff is courteous and they address my concerns. Have had much work done at this service center and have generally been very satisfied.

My oil change and tire rotation took less than an hour. I had my Boston terrier with me and they welcomed her into the waiting room. Some of the employees were even playing with her and petting her. It was a great experience.
