Established in 2000 and managed by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Governor Thompson State Park sits along the shores of the Caldron Falls Reservoir and is a well-known destination among water sports enthusiasts. Located just 15 miles northwest of Crivitz, this place offers plenty of opportunities for camping, picnicking, boating, hiking, and swimming.
